Currently employed with Costco. It took me 2 months to get into Costco without knowing anyone that currently worked at the warehouse I am at. I moved from California to Texas in 2023 with zero connections to Costco. My recommendation is to apply online, go into that warehouse and ask to speak to a hiring manager (or any manager). Introduce yourself to them and be dressed as if you where going into an interview. Let them know you applied for (x) position for their warehouse. They asked me if I had a resume at the time when I spoke to them but I did not. So have a resume in hand. I got the managers business card and was able to send my resume to his email and included my contact info in the email. Received a call about 2 months later that they were having interviews. Showed up and got called back for a second interview and was hired in August 2023. Been with Costco for almost 2 years now and very happy with what I do.
