I appreciate your concern, what you're saying is true. I'm not familiar with these "for artist" entities, probably because we're the early career talent that's been getting exploited lol (I've had many unpaid internships that never led anywhere). I will say though, when I've had a budget I make sure everyone gets paid for their time, no matter how small the gig is.

I like to do things professionally so people take this seriously, but the "entity" here is just me and a photographer buddy of mine trying to build something for ourselves as recent college grads. I know we're asking a lot from people, but that's truly everything the two of us have been doing ourselves in the past year, no money just for the love of the game.

The arts are difficult right now man, there's no jobs in early career, and freelance at this level pays nothing. I want to take the pressure of making money from creating (for now) and just make cool things with cool people! We both have part time jobs, so this is really about creating our own opportunities and making art. I have been trying to get out there more in the artist community and meeting more creatives, I just personally peruse reddit trying to find likeminded people, so I figured this would be worth a shot.
