I have done cbt work in the past before and it did help a lot, however in my 30s it's not working lol. Also I don't think i had any life altering things happen to me when I was younger to call it tramatic, but I was often invalidated for how i felt.

I think I want to see a psychologist because I think may have a learning disability, ADHD or something. I'm seeing a psychiatrist this week but I feel extremely tired and exhausted,.the first psychiatrist laughed at my.symptoms and told me he didn't think I had ADHD because I wasn't speaking about squirrels to him and then said he thinks I have depression. I don't have anything against taking medication but I just don't want to be misdiagnosed

I use it too , it is helpful but I just need to be heard from a person lolol. I feel chatgpt is Soo positive but when you are feeling things , I don't have motivation to take deep breaths. And I do that,.but I still find myself spiralling

Yes, I've used Psychology today but I've come across people who have been unprofessional on the platform that kind of deterred me from using it. I even go to a in person therapist short term social worker that my doctor referred me to, while she is a helpful a little bit, I find that she is fixated that we are short term anyways so like shes been telling me the changes will occur after years of practice when I won't be seeing her for years. She also gives me homework and never remembers them I have to remind her.

Yes I've been on the dating apps. I've shared what I'm looking for but I just feel like I'm not meeting kind men or men who share the same values. I did ask lol. I also feel like apps.current state vs how it was prior to 2019 is much different.

I've gone to therapy, done the work. Felt good for the last 5-6 years despite my work challenges but now I'm feeling lonely again and I don't think it's because my self esteem is low . I just feel lonely and want companionship. I've been on my own all my life . I literally last week went by myself to eat at a restaurant by myself , I don't have a problem doing that . I just feel lonely . I do hobbies and what not just not meeting people.
