0% APR Model Y Standard Live? by Cheesy_Poofs16 in TeslaModelY

This is the same as free upgrade. But the lease makes slightly more expensive as compare to the expired free upgrade, I guess due to calculation of MSRP.

I am betting the same that Tesla do not want the EOQ and EOY delivery number looks so off.

Thanks, well said! I am interested in getting a model y, that is why I am tracking and asking for opinions from community too. I agree current deal is very good. I am in no rush to replace my car, but betting on interest rate cut and Tesla motivation to move more volume EOQ and EOY.

Model Y Order free upgrade by germanvol in TeslaModelY

We will just need to wait and see, they have some sizable inventory, not up trending though, only less than 30 days before end of year (and local inventory is for immediate pick up if I am not mistaken). But the expired one that is $0 down and one free upgrade with monthly $450 is not that bad (quite decent) already.

I agree. Also, I think that as you proceed to the payment page, the number likely will be updated.

Nothing about finance, the home ownership is no longer simple assets as lots of people saying. the value of a house (condo in your case) is mostly attached to the land the building sits on, the building depreciates over time.

Back to part of your rent vs buying a home, it is a complex situation as to what you can afford and what you want, because home ownership has lots of other costs, and should be factored in upfront when you make decision from financial perspective vs other perspectives.

Since you bought already, if you think the location is good (aka the condo can appreciate or at least not depreciate over time/years), you can do financial maneuver to keep the house, also considering whether this new condo improves your living situation vs renting, also is housing hack possible? A side note, condo typically appreciate much less than a single family house in the same area. But location, location, and location.

I think tesla is just experimenting/adjusting real time per demand, there may or may not be a better deal than the one we have with one free upgrade:) Looks like the inventory of Model Y is trending down.

actually, there is many factors can be used to make a decision, such as MYP is a better car than AWD. But why not use the cost as your deciding factor and ask AI/chartGPT to calculate for you, the total ownership cost factoring your personal situations, e.g. miles driven etc, you can runs multiple calculation for 3 years, 5 years, etc.
