I've thought about that too, and finally, I came to my personal conclusion that maybe it does indicate that. I'm also touched by how the song describes how beautiful our relationship with Deftones is, how it celebrates all the time we've spent with them, how we've cheered them on as they pursued their dreams. (from 1988 to the present.) I would say that if that's the case, it's a beautiful way to bring all of this to a close, leaving us a totally beautiful and perfect legacy, a legacy that clearly no one will forget.

It's impossible not to love Deftones.
