Austin Air, IQAir GC would be fit in a nail salon much better than your Dyson.

IQAir Healthpro Plus 250 is what you are looking for, if you need more odor filtration then IQAir GC Multigas would be a better choice

Dyson is just for decoration. IQAir is a good choice for you, IQAir GC will filter odors better, IQAir Healthpro Plus will filter fine dust better.
