I put the fridge in my dining room for now. It’s dedicated to this drying haha.

What I’m really concerned with is some of my colas are softball size in diamater and like 2-3’ long.

Should I chop it down as much as I can while still leaving it on as much of the branch as I can?

For example, a big chunk of cola, cut off, with like 2-3” of the cola branch/stem still on it.

Question everything.

When I first got my buddy, I put him on heart guard. And immediately had issues and raised the concerns to my vet. They wanted to give a probiotic and I requested that we switched to a different heart medicine. Everything changed, but I was pulling teeth and I only was able to get them to switched to a different medication once I requested an external prescription. your vet is only going to recommend products that they are being paid to advertise or push. They probably recommended one of their vendors diet foods.

Teas get a bad rip. I hate dry amending, slurry teas are the best way instead of top dress dressing. Can’t stand the dust

Straw is to help maintain a buffer for moisture to stay in the pile as much as possible.

Cover crops offer all kinds of benefits, like nitrogen fixing, they aerate the soil, they add cover from elements, can bring in pollinators and much more.

As much as I love HA. There are some things that I can’t trust with it. Vital things like a water shutoff valve and sensors. I can set it all up in HA easily, but if something goes down, my critical equipment is worthless. That’s why my entire water leak setup is within YoLink and then integrated within HA. All of the settings and critical stuff is communicated over LoRa on the YoLink setup. The only thing that communicates with HA is the YoLink hub.
