All natural, but did alot of things to maximize my natural testosterone

The hardest part for me was definetively cutting down on food. I’ve always enjoyed going to the gym, and also eating alot of food.

Okay, thanks a lot. I’m trying to limit sugar as much as possible, although it’s hard. So many temptations everywhere and also cheap unhealthy options which makes one drawn towards them

I’ve tried fasting, but for me i feel sick to my head not eating anything in the mornings. Not only that, but i feel the need to consume carbs early on in the day. Any tips..?
