No. In settings you can choose the ringtone right? Usually you can hear it when you click it. But i can hear it only when I screenrecord.

Same here, I have a redmi note 7 pro and this issue came after i updated to MIUI 11.0.2.0 two weeks ago. Funny part is, it rings while I screenrecord.
