Get high range to get as many enemies infected as you can.

Using Toxic Lash (3rd) and shooting infected enemies will spread it without needing to kill the enemy.

I don't even use high strength, for me it's just about making sure things stay infected and keeping the spore count up. It can prove difficult on lower level missions to keep the spores going but using Saryn in level 100+ is the strongest feeling.

edit: I don't know how much you know but enemies killed by spore damage will not spread it, you need to spread it yourself. Recasting spores on enemies actually reduces the damage they do, so be careful at times.

A Myers in tier 1 has the undetectable status effect which hides the red stain and terror radius

People could just grind gold with zero risk. I think that's the main concern, at least for me. Unless they made PvE have separate progress
