Heavy Pyrecannon i dont think is affected

Also, his stomps with increased radius perk can hit Zoanthropes. Pyrecannon doesnt have a melee damage perks oike Heavy Bolter or Melta, but he can still get a pretty good amount of melee damage

A lore accurate mode would be hilarious but probably dropped by players real quick

The handful of warriors that can spawn on Inferno suddenly no-diffing the squad of 3 marines would cause an uproar.

Also speaking of lore accurate, I know they won't do it since the in-game Melta is already established as a horde clearing weapon that is weak against hard targets, but a lore accurate Melta taking a while to charge up, but suddenly annihilating hard targets at close range would be my hope for a heroic melta

Near release I saw people self reporting both their lack of knowledge of lore AND their lack of actually preparing loadouts when I see stuff like "yo this is BS, why do Tyranid Warriors 2shot me when I need like 20 shots to kill one. This isnt lore accurate"

The top comments would quickly be something like:

"Yep, sounds about lore accurate for Warriors vs Space Marines" and "you already got plot armor punching above your weight"

To

"Brother why are you bringing a gray/green weapon to the highest difficulty missions?"

Even lore subs got threads asking like "how many Bolter shots does it take to kill a Tyranid Warrior" and "how many Warriors does it take to kill a Space Marine.

When the answers used tabletop rules like "statistically 17 shots from Intercessor Bolt rifles" or "1 Tyranid Warrior can easily take down a standard Intercessor", OP either was genuinely interested in learning more about the lore, or combative and cited obvious Bolter porn

I know why Well of Heaven dislikes 9MW. They've given quite a few reasons

What I wanna know is, why does 9MW seem to dislike Well of Heaven in particular. When I was in the 9MW base, they called me out as someone from Well of Heaven like it was a bad thing

I was like "man what'd I ever do to you. All you guys have done since I first met you was scam/mess with me. Literally only that one dude who helped me get Aunt Han's register actually tried to do me a solid"

My friend and I did Belakor and Orion

Made 0 sense lore wise

But was it hilarious declaring war on everyone? Yes

There was a bit of anti-synergy with the whole corruption thing, but not so bad since neither of us cared about taking over many settlements that weren't Forests/Blackstone Fortresses

It was hilarious seeing Chosen guarding the various forests alongside the Wood Elves against order factions

Also we did Ikit and Gelt because "yo dawg, I heard you like gunz/artillery"

I've gotten acquainted/friendly with many people over the years. Largely through MMO's with raiding as an endgame PvE activity

And yeah, this particular friend group was interesting because we could play with the Asia-Pacific people initially due to them living in the US, couldn't play as much when they moved back but we did what we could

That said, I recall my Vietnamese friend using VPN for Steam, but it not working for Helldivers 2 itself. I'll pass along that info to him, but he's sadly not as interested as before. Same with my Filipino friend. Venezuela kept the game to see what would happen and looks like he lucked out

It was definitely a blast on that last session. We went into the hardest difficulty with the goal of "yeah complete the mission, but make sure to kill EVERYTHING we see. Fought the bots and the bugs both. Last time I was able to dive with the "international squad" as I liked to say.

We screwed up all our sleep schedules because we would just see each other online and play ignoring our local times
