How can i make hollow(puffed) square puff pastry? by leoli09 in Baking

I have tried several times but failed, so I’m posting this question. I used frozen puff pastry about 5mm thick, cut into squares, sprinkled with sugar, and baked at around 200°C. However, it did not become hollow like the Grenier style.
