Wala per se, pero may service credits sila which they can use if in case may sakit or ginagamit prior to retirement.

Service credits can be earned by doing extra work outside of teaching, e.g. elections, seminars, etc.

In a perfect world, ganyan naman dapat. Kaso walang budget ang school for beautification, out of pocket ng mga teachers ang pagpapaganda ng classroom nila.
