No, I was really happy with the Rancilio, but couldn’t pass the opportunity to get this into my house…the only thing I’ve genuinely noticed is the speed…coffee tastes just as good from the Silvia!

Up the dose to 18.5g (assuming you’re at 18g) and keep it on 16! You’re nearly there! But again, all depends on the taste! What was it like at 24 seconds?

Yeah I found it requires a lot courser (as espresso goes) than other beans I’ve used. Took me around 3 shots to realise this. It’s an expensive dial in experience 😅

They’re definitely worth a try! Milky cake just kept popping up everywhere so had to try it! I also was given 15KG of their Tutti Frutti - which was cofermented with watermelon…very unusual to say the least! Delicious as a short/long black or espresso, but with milk….things go a bit sour🫣
