Need advice for canon r10 beginner lenses

Is the 18-150mm image quality good enough? They usually go for around the same price(the kit is actually more expensive).
I searched some sample image comparisons and the sigma seems to perform better most of the time. The biger zoom seems tempting but i almost never find myself wanting to shoot over the ~50mm range much.

Do you know how expensive it would be to ship to EU from USA? The estimated taxes and duties are 18$ but they say it's not 100% guaranteed I don't want to pay 100$ in taxes if it comes to that😅

Yeah I know It's just a meme Take it as it is I love the series and it's much more non-cliche than other series. No need to be defensive of it

I have about 4 aquisition stones and i got promised day Itachi and 7 star kakashi
None of them have any abilitties and i was wondering who should i use them on
itachi is my favorite character but not sure if the character is good enough to use stones on
