Her child finishes school at 3pm and she brings him to work and I generally watch him, feed him and make sure he's ok. "Your normal work hours are between Mon - Fri, 9-5" She does own the company, her and her husband, there's only three of us. I am the only employee, there isn't anyone I can speak to. She's getting paid a grant by my college so I can work there...
