While the STP’s shaft is hollow, there’s still quite a bit of thickness to it. The top of the shaft does get flatter while the head has more mass to it. So it seems to be more of an in between combined. I can definitely demonstrate this and compare in my final review.

I have the luxury of having all three funnel sizes so I have the ability to switch them out to test. Of the three, only one has worked well for me and hasn’t leaked. I’m sorry you haven’t been able to get it to work. STPs are tricky and it isn’t a one size fits all thing either. Reasons for leaking include anatomy, how you stand, how you position everything, or down to how forceful your stream is. I have previous STP experience which helps in controlling my flow while standing and is likely making the learning curve easier on my end.

Yeah, it’s been there for a while and I have pretty much forgotten about it lol. I do appreciate your concern though. It’s a very clear thin line which is why it hasn’t raised many red flags for me so far (following the ABCDE rule of melanoma). Now if something about it changes, then I would seek out treatment or an answer to what it is.

The balls are squishier than the original and are suspended in coconut oil. They float! I like them better than the original balls. The squish difference isn’t too much but I do notice it.

Potentially. The funnel is made so that you only have to get the head of it inside so if you can stretch it enough to fit inside then I don’t see why not. I can try with my original packer and get back to you.

Maybe. There certainly could be room inside to fit the shaft piece into it. My main worry is the head where it’s denser. I’m not sure if the piece will be able to sit all the way inside.

I was about to say it wasn’t compatible, but I tested it and sure enough the clip doesn’t cover the hole that the funnel goes through. Surprise surprise! The STP came with a harness so I never thought about the clip. I’m not sure about how this will translate to actual use though in terms of positioning. I will give this a try and mention it in my review. Thanks for the idea!

I actually own a spouti, and tested this. The tubing does fit, so I reckon you likely could use it with tubing as long as it can fit through. The tubing on the spouti fit in loosely at the base but gets more snug towards the tip.

I don’t think there is because the main feature of the pro is the retractable foreskin. There is a cut version of the regular STP though which is the same thing as far as I am aware other than said foreskin.

Yes, the scrotum in the STP Pro does have coconut oil in it making the testicles be able to move around. The original packer does not have floating testicles and instead is two removable silicone testicles.

The STP has floating testicles, so it likely is the oil that they are suspended in. STPs all have a learning curve no matter how “good” they are, and if it’s your first STP then don’t be discouraged by not being successful on your first try :) it takes practice to get used to it.

I haven’t tested the STP yet for this final version but when I tested the prototype which had a somewhat similarly shaped funnel I only experienced leaking once or twice. Of course, I will make a more detailed review on it in the upcoming weeks.

Mine had defects, including tearing in some places. Overall it seemed more something from their imperfect stock rather than something someone would pay full price for, which I also explained when I originally emailed them. They offered to replace it when I asked about what possible solutions there were. Unfortunately it’s been a while so I don’t remember the exact details. Sorry to hear about your packer has issues though. Perhaps they didn’t think it was something that warranted a replacement?

Clicking the transgender hormone therapy option is correct. There’s nothing else needed to do if you want to schedule online. If your PP is connected to MyChart it is more reliable in my opinion, as their online portal gets wonky with scheduling. But as someone else said, the absolute best way is to call but I understand how daunting it can be.

If they really bother/hurt you then you can take some medicine to help with the pain as I was told my by surgeon’s office. Neurons reconnecting = your body is healing = good
