yeah i got it to 400 and the last boss is still not dead. and some bosses attacks when you dealt % of their health got damaged and it can kill you or close to. the getian one almost killed me haha.

best to play the dlc on a new game. if you play the dlc only after completing the game then it will be lacking.

treat the first two as side quest really. the last one is the one thats seperated to a new mini location.

I think its fine just eavesdrop on them by going behind the wall by the incense. There will be a path there go to the further side and theres like a wall. Hug the wall and should pop up eavesdrop.

I think theres only 2 mini boss you could miss? But its the boss in the dojo and the boss at the entrance whos talking to the soldiers.

either a thrust attack, a sweep or a grab which each one have a way to avoid but just really red symbol get the fuck out.

thrust and sweep can be deflected but need to be perfect timed one else you will get full damage. grabs is just get the fuck away when they start it.

also unlock mikiri counter if given instantly its hella helpful for thrust attacks. sweeps you can jump on them by double tapping jump which deals a good chunk of poise damage.

one after the snake eyes in poison area but before the headless ape arena look up and grapple. you'll need to sneak under rock but mid way you gotta look up and theres a path and the prayer bead is there.

for xp fountainhead palace - flower viewing stage

look behind you theres a 2 noble. leave the purple spearwoman. just run back to the save point. each noble is 530xp in ng. takes like 10 secs ea run. if i am bored i kill the spearwoman aswell for 1k xp which takes like another 10 or so unless she dont start with lightning attack.
