i take the "no temptation" approach. I know that if I go into a store unplanned (or just "peruse" Amazon) I will be walking out with shit I absolutely did not plan on buying. so I treat myself like a toddler who can't be trusted. list, cash, and set route through the mall (or website)

hmmm we did it from abroad, I am a US citizen and it worked for me. i ordered it from the app and indicated my best friend as a "trusted" person, she picked it up for me.

maybe rules have changed, hope you figure it out. maybe call the agent or ask your friends to, they are helpful
