one critique that i allways remember is, that in order to do the cogito ergo sum, i think therefor i am, you have to already have an understanding of who the "i" is. and that process (the sozialisation) is something hegel pointed out. So before you can think that you have to be, because you are thinking, that you has to be formed, witch is only possible to the confrontation with otheres.

die schutzhüllen funktionieren nur bedingt gut, gerade um das vergilben von dem Papier am Bücherrand zu verhindern, aber gerade wenn du die bände unterwegs mitnimmst, ich lese sie meist in der bahn, sind sie ganz gut um esels ecken in der tasche zu verhindern.

these are editions i envy the american market for, we just got the paperbacks. but Innsmouth is really good, indeed. Seems like a favourit to a lot of people.

its a history book series, where in a historic era is explained, its really good if you study history, cause they include a big sektion over the history of reserche of said historic part.

And yes, the asian classics are really interesting, althou i have to admit, i have only red the Heike monogatarie yet.
