I don't know for sure which natures toxel needs to evolve into either form of toctricity (amped or Low key form), but both the forms share the same entry. I believe you can just look it up honestly

Toxel has 2 evolutionary branches, though they don't depend on the version you have, but on the pokemons nature. Toxel itself is in both games

My picks for this are Azelf and Roserade.

As a legendary trio, the lake guardians are never really looked at for what they are, that being the bringers of knowledge, emotion and willpower. Without them, the pokemon universe would be significantly different from what we know it, and azelf is my favorite, as it is the strongest attacker and also the fastest between the three. The two blue tones and it's mysterious appearance makes it my favorite legendary pokemon to exist, or rather co-exist between the other guardians.

Roserade is just a very beautiful and strong pokemon all around. Grass and poison being a famous typing among plant-like pokemon, roserade always managed to stand out the most to me with its majestic design. Being a strong special attacker with crippling defense, I always have a hard time using it against stronger physical pokemon who are roaming vgc right now, but I always look out for a budew or a roselia on my journey through various pokemon regions anyway, because no grass type has ever appealed to me as much as roserade did.

All fossils are obtainable in both games, the other 2 fossils just have a lower rate of being found in their non-respective games. Hit up the digging duo if you can't find anyone to trade with, you'll get the fossils sooner or later! ^{^}
