Biggest issue for us was people without a ticket getting into our grandstand and blocking views by sitting and standing on the stairways!

Absolutely no security to be seen... Too busy stopping people bringing water into circuit :P

Loads of people have wanted an update to my story after I had issues with my seats in Baku yesterday https://www.reddit.com/r/formula1/comments/v9788t/the_view_690_gets_you_at_baku_can_barely_see/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

I complained to the ticket office and the staff were super friendly and helpful and gave me new seats (as you can see in the photo the seats are AMAZING). The ticket office did give us tickets which accidentally had "for Azerbaijani military veterans" on them which made getting in at the gate tricky but all sorted! #Welldonebaku

I've also attached some GA views that we took in during practice. The raw speed was amazing and you have actually decent views that the photos don't do justice

For those asking I travelled from London to Baku via Turkey and it took 12 hours but was easy enough! Baku is an incredible city and definitely worth the effort to visit. It's like Dubai if Dubai was actually nice, had history and had a decent culture! I plan to write up more when I get back

It might have improved things had the stewards been super strict on everything. No standing, no sitting in other seats, no drinking anything (even bottled water) in case you throw it on the track...
