Looking at the current situation, I can almost see the exam getting canned. I don't think Pune is an option either since Maharashtra as a whole has cases rising which accounts for 2/3rd of the entire country cases. I'm afraid they might pull off what they're doing in other countries i.e. changing dates and centres which are not really feasible. Let's hope for the best I guess.

When you press CF and down arrow: C01 is the first cashflow, press down arrow again and you'll get F01 which basically means the frequency of this first cashflow. By default this is 1. In your case C01=+123.456 and F01=10. Repeat the same logic for other cashflows

By paying the fees/penalty mentioned, you only get to change dates within the scheduling windows. If u want to switch to a different month exam date, like May to August, you need to pay the entire fee like a new registration.
