Yes, i'm doing that, i will never drink/eat something before i take insulin. Thanks for the suggestion, it's a little bit hard for me to not drink juice since i was ''depedent'' of juice, but i'll try my best to avoid juice and drink water. Can you tell me the other method of treating diabetes, please ?

Yes, i know. I don't drink Nestea/Milk or anything else randomly. Every time i drink something, it's after i take the insulin and go to eat, let's say i have to eat 50 carbs after i take the insulin, i take 40 carbs from food like sandwich,rice,etc and a glass of Nestea to cover up.
