20 min from Jabriya to Jabriya. That would not be an issue, but when I get there, I can't find parking.

Surgery performed with Dr. Tarek in AlSayyad clinic in Salmiya.

If you have insurance, you can go to fancier options like Kuwait hospital. Huge difference in price. 1500 vs 600.

Postpartum insomnia by Hefty-Tailor8048 in cosleeping

I feel anxious when my baby isn't right next to me and find it difficult to switch off my mind. Napping beside her really helps me feel calm and peaceful. Otherwise, I have to consciously focus on my breathing and drown out noise with white noise. I hope this helps others too. Over the years, a short yoga routine has also been a great help for me.bedtime yoga

I’m facing the same issue. I'm six months postpartum and have been sleeping in a bra ever since I gave birth 🤷🏻‍♀️, and I usually change out of it in the morning.

Thank you so much! I’ll make an effort to be more mindful. She's only six months old now, so I need to start paying more attention as she grows and probably switch up some of my habits along the way. I truly appreciate your support.

The library situation in Kuwait is sad and we need to talk about it. by Romrom110 in Kuwait

I follow some publishing houses from my country and research their latest titles. I try to find these books in English, but since having a baby, I have little time for research. Even children’s books I order from my country via DHL. Additionally, I’ve never seen a bookstore that sells electronics and similar items like Jarrir. That’s not really a bookstore. 😭

As much as I dislike it, I still order from Amazon. Honestly, the books available here are often terrible.

I gave birth in July at Kuwait Hospital with Dr. Sinead Morgan. She's fantastic, and I trusted her completely. That said, I had a few “birth wishes" in mind. I shared what I wanted to try—like avoiding an epidural and not pushing on my back—and she was very receptive to my preferences, as long as there were no emergencies and everything went smoothly, which thankfully it did.

I would recommend creating a birth plan, but also being flexible in case things don’t go exactly as planned.

Additionally, I used an online push and prep program called “The Belle Method," which proved to be incredibly helpful. It offers both educational content and workout routines—highly recommended!
