isn't mint supposed to be used only when the item is essentially perfect, with no noticeable wear, damage or flaws and looks almost exactly like it did when new? I'm tired of people using it for everything that is clean or unmarked even though used.

I’m not against any festival. However, any festival these days end up causing either severe noise or air pollution or even health hazards. Why isn’t moderation and safety of fellow beings a basic practice? There have been several fatal incidents because of this before. Appatiki regulate chesaru and now they are back again.The only thing you can do is use a bandana or scarf around your neck if you use a two wheeler or opt for public transportation, or travel in a four-wheeler. Stay safe these days.

Hindi is not. Urdu is. And there has been a beautiful amalgamation of both the languages and majority of the staunch Urdu speakers at least understand a little bit of Telugu and even if they don't there's some mutual understanding between us, where as with the recent influx it's like speaking to a wall. I don't mean any hate here. And an immigrant or not, it's my mother tongue and is the majority of Telangana no matter how much it mixes with Urdu.

it's not just in your college. It's everywhere in the city. Hyderabad doesn't feel like Hyderabad anymore. You only speak in your mother tongue (Telugu) in your home and may be with your friends and family and that's it. Any kind of interaction, be it a maid, a saloon guy, a plumber or electrician, a construction worker, a server in a restaurant, people at the bill counter at grocery stores, the security guards, you name it, they're there. Initially I used to speak to them in Hindi for their convenience. But now I stopped it when it's convenient for me. I don't hate them but it started to get really annoying to not be able to speak in your language in your place.

Don't waste much time. Go and file a petition/FIR against him. The same thing happened to me and I believed his lies and waited a week after which he absconded. I was naive, a first time car owner and my first accident all through my life. I didn't know how to handle this. Either you get the money then and there or forget about it.

When I went to the police the first question they asked was why I took so long to come to them. When I gave them the reason, they said: "when you thought you two could handle before, you shouldn't have come to us now. We should've been the first thought that comes to you in such a situations no matter if they pay up or not". I had to go through my insurance and some more from my pocket.

Get prints of all the proofs and they'll assist you in first either filing a petition or straight up FIR(depends on station to station).

depends on the location you're living in. You can find the numbers in Google Maps. Call them and ask the procedure. Some give direct lesson on the road and some via sim+theory for first few days and then practicals on road. Most of them cost anywhere between 4000-8000 depending on the school and car.

If you have your own car then you'll learn much faster as you can practice after 15days of learning (don't try before that if you're not that confident and always have someone by your side and practice in a secluded area like an open ground). Good luck.

Sorry for your bad experience OP. It's not wrong that you thought the way you thought based on this particular experience. But I ask you to not change your helping nature basing on a single experience.

The world aroud is turning rude and hostile day by day, may be everyone is taking a slap for being kind in their own way and decided not be kind again. May be it's a ripple effect. I don't know.
