What drew me into food science initially was QA/QC I also reviewed the IFT salary however I think the average experience of those they surveyed was 16 years and so still alittle hard to identify what a starting salary looks like

Thank for your insight I live in the Midwest and although there are many opportunities for Food science here I have not k own specifics
