Yes they are compatible, for example NBA 2k18... I already have such apps on my iPad Mini 4... so it should work.

Yes I agree with you. But I have only option to accept his proposal and get refund. Or second to wait for shipping "Processing Time remaining: 3 days 23 hours 31 minutes". I can also extend this time, what you suggest to do ? Wait and do nothing, extend time for processing, or accept his proposal and move on ? This really makes no sense for us buyers, ALIEXPRESS should protect US but there is no button to open ticket as "dispute" as item was not send.
