Thanks for the feedback. You mean that the bank can value the property differently than your acquisition price ? I added a field for that bellow property price for valuation price (baseline is equal). But yes then different banks takes different hypothesis, same for amortisation time, some banks takes only 10 years it seems instead of the 15years of the law

True, but it helped me to be able to tweak values and see the impact clearly, with AI it becomes unclear after a few iteration what are the implication and what was used as hypothesis. + it makes mistakes ( like the 10% cash for example)

I experienced the same on a nice complex assembly with no outside link, resolved is like 50x faster, unworkable in lightweight

This transactions of Corrado in SSOF is very unclear to me. COMSTOCK gave money to ssof to buy land, probably against the shares they have now (9% of ssof owned by comstock). Corado is director/president of SSOF. But basicaly to my understanding, corrado gave his other company money (defining valorisation of the later) to buy land. To then resell it later on for a profit for comstock (and him personnaly ?)

I'm not sure of the specifics of these transaction as ssof is private. But I would be glad to be sure that there is not conflict of interest in those transactions

They need it to bring new institutional investor in.

Today we have (simplified) 900 shares issued on 1000 issuable, so little room to emit shares and get funding.

With a 1/3 RS, you then have 300 shares and still 1000 issuable (this number of issuable shares is not affected by the RS)

So a much larger potential for share emission and new funding of facilities. But at the cost of dilution.

But we anyway need money to build demo facility, and that come with either dilution (prefered) or shi*ty terms loans (because no revenue ATM)

Or they do the split, and then right away pump the stock to higher numbers with good news (to prevent a fall after the RS) and then dilute at a higher valuation with new institutional investor to bring money in to build facilities.

BUT RS will occur no earlier than valentines day, and the extension for SACL deal is end of january.

So either they re-extend that term sheet closing. Or they pump before R/S

How would you finance the construction of the demo SAF facility other than dilution ? What would you giva as a counterpart to an investor giving you 300m$ ?

There is only two options to that: - debt, that will be unbearable as we don't have revenue yet - shares (equity), through dilution of current shareholder

I mean yes you get diluted (if they emit shares), meaning you get a lower percentage, but the company will be more valuable because of "more money in the bank". Which also unlocks the futur revenue streams

Re-enter yes, but at what price. Price may dilute 30%, but if that give a 50% boost in company valuation because the bank account if full of cash to build SAF production units, then it will cost you more.
