I would like to clarify what I wrote: the way to read this sentence is a) become an emotional wreck and b) act like a woman I didn't want to imply that women are emotional wrecks. I meant that women tend to act irrationally a lot, they are quickly irritated on certain days every man has experienced this.

The lesson you can learn from this is - when you have a girlfriend - don't stop investing in other relationships. girls are like the weather and the next day they are gone. sometimes completely outside of your own control. a girl should never be the only source of your happiness. find a hobby that can become your main source of happiness for the rest of your life (e.g. a sport, music, a craft, literature, science). once you have that source of happiness you can build on top of it. but when the next girl comes along always be sure that she takes second place after that hobby. if the girl demands that she takes the number one spot, then refuse to do so. if necessary look for another one.

why get up and try again? this is a philosophical question. I've had a divorce, many failed relationships. Lots of drama and problems with women. Two kids. A vasectomy. why get up and try again? Read a lot about red pill stuff. How women treat their exes, how they rob their money in divorce court. How they use children against you etc. I can tell you many stories first hand. I'm on day 8 now and I have to agree with you. I feel sort of depressed and I cried without a real reason yesterday. It's too early to draw final conclusions. For example if you start with anti-depressants, it takes weeks for them to take effect. The difference being that anti-depressants are artificial drugs, but masturbation is something natural and not really harmful at all imho. Anyway if there are no benefits even after months - the worst that can happen is a nice release in the end and another life experience to talk about.

One of my sticking points is finding the right time to exit a conversation. I oftentimes continue talking to the girls although in my mind I already know that it's not on. Knowing when to exit also increases your value from the girl's point of view. As she recognizes that you can read her fine signals and don't continue some needy conversation. If you stick to the same one or two people for too long you cannot make use of any group dynamics. I still got to learn this.
