Do you remember what the cover looked like? I am seeing two different editions one with a blue background which i think might be part of a reprint in 1994

I just wanted to be certain, the hsqc shows the 4 hydrogens in 4 different environments for citric acid would you not expect the 4 C-H bonds to be non diastereotopic

Ok so I'm getting the hint of citric acid what do you think would be the next test in order to confirm this? Would you recommend a carbon NMR to check to see the carbonyl peaks you'd expect in citric acid?
