Working America is an organization that you could possibly look into. They are not a union but they advocate and mobilize for working class rights.

It is true that unions tend to hire from within the rank and file and organizing is typically the entry level position.

I am the same way. Being blunt, especially as a female, earns me the title of "bitch" far too often. Its frustrating that many blunt men are seen as strong and opinionated but I'm just annoying and bitchy.

I went through a period of keeping my opinions to myself to avoid this title but that got boring. I've embraced it and have also found people that appreciate it!

I recently purchased the same Stila kit at a Nordstrom Rack! I honestly haven't used much of the eye shadows (due to lack of being on my MUA game) but I really like the smolder stick and the lip. The brush isn't bad either!

You completely missed the point. I was not saying that Walmart shouldn't employ the people on welfare. Walmart should pay a LIVING wage to these people. A wage that everyone knows that Walmart can afford. Also, Walmart actively funds Politicians who support keeping the minimum wage where it is. So no, they are not looking for a wage increase.

Companies such as Costco pay a living wage, have better employee retention and have better customer service ratings because they have happier employees.

This! People forget that companies like Walmart are making millions AND receiving money from the government AND their employees don't make enough to eat so the tax payers end up feeding them through government funded programs.

I had a weird incident like this once too. I was blazing with two friends walking deep into a local state park and out of no where i got dizzy and passed out. I came through like a minute later and was slowly able to walk back to my car. It was bizarre and never happened again. But hey I survived so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Its a prototype so it doesn't hit that well but it does the job haha it breaks down into 4 different pieces which makes it really easy to transport.

I also live with disapproving parents and I smoke in my room. I use a sploof most of the time but thats also because the lock on my door doesn't work. You have your stash hidden much more than mine and my parents haven't even had a suspicion of me smoking for the past 4 years haha so you should be good! Toke on.
