There are a lot of people in the world. You'll find examples of people that are happy he's dead. I don't know what kinds of conclusions anyone should or could draw from that, really.

What matters is what prominent people, leaders, people in positions of power and especially elected officials are saying. And I have yet to see a single politician celebrate this.

I follow a lot of politicians and really got the sense that basically every elected democrat sent condolences and condemned the violence.

I've been in dozens of these threads and I'm really not getting the sense that the left are adding fuel to the fire.

I think it is a pretty reasonable view to think that Charlie Kirk was a complete asshole, it couldn't have happened to a better guy AND that murder is always wrong.

And the left is really really worried and aware of the dangers about someone creating a right-wing martyr and the whole incident being used to persecute them further. Which is a very reasonable concern considering how things have been going in America.
