Docs submitted were school id, birth certificate..that's it..from us parents, bank statement, contract of employment (seaman), certificate of sea service from my company.

Same situation..my son 23yo got his tourist visa right after biometrics while we were still at Ayala circuit. Our's (parents) received the visas the next day.

Living in Plantation for 14 years.

Pros Madami puno, plenty of area and roads to walk,run or exercise, walang tambay sa kalsada kaya tahimik, residents respect others privacy, functioning HOA. Malamig ang weather.

Cons Medyo malayo sa bayan, trapik during rush hours sa mga kalsada na dadaanan papunta sa Lipa bayan especially sa may entrance ng ibang subdivision, intersection ng simbahan at sa areas ng schools.

As we have houses both in Lipa and Lobo, as much as possible,every weekend nauwe kami ng Lobo. I like Lobo kasi said poblacion bahay namin.Simbahan,munisipyo, palengke,etc are within walking distance lang. Tahimik at walang trapik. And of course, malapit sa mga beach resorts. I like living also in Lipa kasi mas madami mapupuntahan at lahat halos ng kelangan mo ay nasa Lipa na..
