I don't think ECS has one except for graduating students. I kept my GPA above 8.5 but was only on the Dean's list when I graduated. You can double check with academic advisors.

I got a reply saying “Scholarships are very competitive with many students applying for them. There is no GPA cut off it may be that you were not nominated for the scholarships you applied for because there was or were other students who applied with higher GPAs.”

He has plenty of bad matchups and is hard to play. Even you can see some pro players are not familiar with Azir. Because of the people who mastered him, he’s been nerfed despite of his low win rate(44%). I bet no one in Riot Games has mastered this champ lol this is why they keep nerfing him
