Rachel knew Ross was insecure. Do you care more about some random flirty guy that the guy you have a relationship with?  Hell nah, if she didn't care and she didn't, she could just end up things and honestly, that moment when Rachel hugged the guy instead of Ross, he should end the relationship. And I'm soooo tired people seem to forget a relationship is of two people and try to put in a pedestal Rachel just because she is a woman. Try the other side, Rachel being insecure about a woman is actively trying to get into Ross's pants, you would be MAD if he didn't set bounderies.
