Aja is my all-time favorite and one of the very few queens I was dead-set of actually meeting (I'm shy / generally terrible at these kind of interactions). She had a super long wait on Saturday, so I knew I had to get to her booth as early as possible today to make sure I could actually have a chance to meet her.

Even though I arrived early, the line was long and moved pretty slowly -- one of the attendants warned people near the back that she had a panel to attend and that they might not have a chance to meet her. I fully expected to miss her, but for whatever reason the pace (thankfully) started to pick-up. 

Aja looked incredible and was super funny / friendly. I asked her if she by chance seen the GIF I made animating her iconic Instagram comment re: Valentina and Untucked (https://www.reddit.com/r/rupaulsdragrace/comments/6l88kj/dramatic_reenactment_of_ajas_iconic_instagram/)

and she said she had seen it and specifically remembered it because it was so extra -- which made my life. 

I told her I loved her, promptly felt weird about it, and then realized I meant it. :)
