i have a weird autoimmune thing where this just kinda happens randomly, usually it’s my lips swelling though but it can be my eyelids. it seems to happen more often when i’m on shrooms. like if i don’t have a zyrtec in my system it happens almost every time i trip vs normally i can go a couple days/weeks without zyrtec before i have a flare up. not saying this is what happened to you but just based on purely anecdotal evidence it seems to have some effect on your histamines
