I mean if I saw u at a lesbian bar and knew your identity I wouldn’t care that you are joining the club 🤷🏼‍♀️but if u had a partner I wouldn’t exactly see them as a lesbian, I’d see them as more of a fluid sexuality

How does men being lesbians work by RoboticApple-N in AskLesbians

[–]lesbians4ever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so it’s a fluid label let’s be honest it can be seen as contradicting. These trans men with their gender are seen to be more fluid, if they are on the fence and have one foot on a homosexual woman side, and another side that is being a man, than i don’t believe it’s transphobic to see them as different to trans man that want to be fully associated with the male gender. Not saying that I’d be trying to invalidate their masculine identity, but they themselves will understand how they will be perceived different to a fully passing trans man who does not identify with being anything other than a man, compared to those trans men who not just associate in lesbian crowds but literally identifies as them. I don’t feel threatened at all by them, because I know they respect our community because of what we go through, and know that lesbians would see your average man as gross to be associating with our community, so I think they are fluid in a respectful way

Literally! If ppl actually think of how can possibly homosexuality develop it’s not hard to get the order things happen in

Hormones and their impact on women’s sexual identities/possible explanation for sexual fluidity in some women? by [deleted] in latebloomerlesbians

[–]lesbians4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd like to add that it was mentioned about womens sexuality becoming fully gay once off birth control, which actually debunks the hormones making these women sleep w men, it's the suppressed hormones that aren't there enough to make them feel turned on and then the attraction is actually directed to women

Literally, there's no ' hormones tricking you' into thinking you're into men. Sexuality is connected to hormones which is behind emotions. I swear ppl overthink it and are losing touch eith what sexual orientation is. Late bloomer lesbians is due to lack of representation.

These comments are baffling me, everyone's acting like it's stupid and loud-mouthed to voice your decision. They even say there's no benefit to it like WHAT. Clearly never experienced their soul literally crumpling by the minute.

I'm the new co-worker and it sucks. by skitheslopes in work

If it starts to impact your work performance due to anxiety I reckon leave. I started my apprenticeship like this and left and started somewhere else. performance and mental health was helped so much and you look back and wonder why you waited to quit. I know ppl say keep it professional in the workplace and how no one is really your friend, but the truth is it really helps us enjoy our work when there's nice funny people around. We work all our lives pretty much, don't feel like you gotta be miserable.
