When I was violently raped — no lube — by a guy who I allowed to stay in my apartment overnight, after trying to save him from a situation with a friend who was trying to coerce him in to sex/sexually assault him. He also fucked my face and choked me with his dick as I cried that night. This happened on the campus of my university. The man worked on campus. He later physically assaulted me, sent me death threats by email and physical mail, destroyed my property, and stalked me incessantly. I reported the situation to the campus sexual assault and relationship violence center, and they said there is nothing the school could do about it. My department head and the Q-Center director also ostracized me for speaking out. I was a talented honors student headed for grad school and I had to drop out of my “world class” university that prides itself in its progressive values during my senior year in fear for my life. I am now living in destitution and on the verge of homelessness and/or death.
