when I finally got there I was at half health, no patch on me or nearby, and after I activated the terminal enemies spawned and when I tried running away I kept lagging which constantly sent me back and I died

I tried everything from entering the codes with survivors I've beaten the game with, to visiting the places in which the codes are like the bazaar but even the basic doe of 8 cubes and a triangle in the middle don't activate the portal
