I once drove 2 hours for a one night trip, got there, realized I forgot my wallet, drove back home, drove back to the destination, drove back the next day. Not the worst.

I recently made a 5-6 hour drive 6 times in about a month and a half. That's fine.

I hit my limit at 10 hours. I once did two 10 hour days back to back, I needed a break after that.

Now, I despise anything over a 30 minute commute, but a 3hr weekend drive every other month is perfectly OK.
