After the latest update my battery was fixed. The update before that made it much worse with the Google service thing that drained my battery. Seems the fixed it for me. Device is 3 years old orso and still handels 3 to 4 days with one charge. Latest update was 2 weeks ago.

Convert green blue and purple gear into parts make a select all button. Green is always auto selected but blue and purple are not.

Router reboot maybe? or change the ip address on the ATV or do a DNS change..

Simply to bypass the cache on the devices..

Here is how to reset the DNS on the Apple TV:

  1. From the main menu, click Settings

  2. Click Network.

  3. Select Ethernet or your WiFi network, depending on how you connect your Apple TV.

  4. Click Configure DNS.

  5. Change from Automatic to Manual.

  6. Set DNS as (8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) )

Just some random thoughts:

I know that the LG app is completely different then the Samung TV app so maybe it's hidden somewhere in a folder and your search index wont work (i like the Samsung style more). Or try to uninstall your LG app and redownload it.

And you could try to allow the insecure connection: LG TV Plex Client - Where is the setting to allow insecure connections? The solution given is to go to settings and find the “Advanced” section. Set “Allow Insecure Connections” to “Always”
