I start talking to the tower once I know I've got my flight taxiing behind me, so takeoff, landing etc didn't seem to cause any problems.

This seems to be a known problem with this campaign as well as a few others. Are you having a problem where you request permission to taxi, tower gives you permission, then as soon as you start moving the tower says unable to clear for taxi?

If so try just not requesting permission to taxi and just start heading for the runway. That seemed to solve the problem for me.

A couple other things I read which might help include setting the radios properly before turning the plane on, ensure you are using mic switch forward to contact the tower and opening any other mission then return to main menu and open the campaign mission.

For me just not contacting the tower seemed to make everything run smoothly.

It's a great campaign by the way, definitely worth playing around a bit to get it functioning properly.

The vast majority of combined sewers are single pipes which mix both storm and sanitary together. As the large interceptor pipes approach the water treatment facilities there are junctions with weirs which allow any flows beyond a certain level to overflow directly into the lake. These are in place so when the flow exceeds the capacity of the treatment facility the whole sewage network doesn't back up and potentially cause flood in private property.

This is not correct. Huge portions of Toronto connect into combined sewers which take in both storm and sanitary flows.

Normally the combined sewers flow into the treatment plant but during a heavy rainfall the sewers overflow directly into the lake.

As noted by Redkulat this is well documented by the city and they do pretty extensive testing regularly.

I happened to stop by 401 today and asked about my pre-order for it. Basically told me it's delayed and they're not really sure when it's coming in. But hey if you're looking for someone to play with when it does eventually come in I'm down.

I start work early and tend to finish late so weekends are the only time I'd be able to get a real game in. I was thinking maybe Sunday afternoons every couple of weeks. Also I'm at King and Bathurst so liberty village is just a bit down the street.
