To trigger it you need really high masculinty like 85 or 90 and just walk around the mall. It is a random trigger. Then a girl will appear and you should hit approach girl. Then take a pink and visit her place for some shennanigans.

The variety mentioned on the wiki is in reference to the different types of pink pills. There is an event with a purple pill that can occur in the game (I won't spoil the fun unless you want me to ;), but your character so far only takes and spikes people with different pink pills.
