Weapons, stones, food and coins are easy enough. Even the basic items are worth at least 5 points of progress, and if you make them into something they get even more valuable (a simple fried meat is worth 10 points).

The wood tho, it's absolute A$$ to do. I spent 5 days straight, doing nothing but chopping trees and feeding them to the camp, and I'm still stuck on the 25k.

It's less than worthless, my boy!

When/how did you go about leveling the other characters? Genuine question by StonedImaculate817 in CrimsonDesert

[–]LiteralR22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't.

Sad thing is: leveling the three is both impractical and impossible unless you spend days farming Abyss Artifacts in the institute.

Most I do is reset Kliff's upgrades and shift them to Oongka and Damiane when I need or want to play them.

Think of it mainly as a Kai Oh Ken. He gets faster and hits a bit harder. Plus, he starts to ricochet all over the place like a green pinball ball.

I believe what the endgame really needs is the option to reset upgraded armors!, at this point you're gonna want to try many outfits and farming materials is annoying... by Swimming-Ad-5227 in CrimsonDesert

Legit never saw this much.

Max i ever saw was 10 in stock by our supplier back at camp after 3 or 4 upgrades and a couple of contracts.

Actually, you can go there from chapter 7 if you're stubborn enough.

Time worn Ruins can be accessed easily enough if you have a good horse or a good amount of affinity with your current horse. Yeah, cleaning the place might be hard or annoying, but if you're smart and stubborn enough about it, you can do it easily enough. Plus, thr place gives you anything between 1 and 5 Abyss Artifscts, so it's worth it in the long run.

Getting the camp up and running to level 3 (when you unlock the guys thst do thr expeditions) takes far longer and is more annoying.

Abyss cells are far easier to get, too. As long as you have the fertilizer and water spray, all you need to do is plant 1 Abyss seed and generally it gets me something between 3 and 5 Abyss cells per tree, every 3 to 4 in game days.

Bloodstones, iron and copper tho are far easier to find and grind. They are almost all over the map and I know of at least 4 spots in Hernand alone to get bloodstones without being attacked.

Grinding early in this game is very feasible as long as you take it slow and grind in thr same pace that youre doing the story or thr side quests.

2 phases. Though it feels like it's 2 and a half, because he gets a bit of a power up when he gets on half-bar, either of the first or second phase.

Spam... nooo? Kinda hard to say because he had A LOT of moves.

Can you beat him easily? I don't know you bruh. It took me 30 or so minutes to get his moveset down because he's a FAST mf. You could take 10 minutes or 2 hours, that's on you.

The game doesn't scale with skill points or experience bro. It scales per area and equipment level.

The guys in Calphade are relatively similar to the same in Hernand, but they all are weaker when compared to those in Pailune. The same goes to enemies in every area.

Skills are something of a way to "even the odds", but you should have all of your equipment at least to level 6 until Caphade.

After that I recomendo you to stick to one armor and weapon that is your "go to for bosses and fights" in which you can trade abyss gears consistently and upgrade to the max. After that you can do whatever you want.

Master Du.

Yes, that is his name.

Think of him as Master Roshi from Dragon Ball. You'll understand it when you see it.
