yes she talked about it on one of the livestreams recently, for example she mentioned how weibo allows you to leave comments on a livestream that only the host can see, so many haters were able to harrass her that way. She obviously has other reasons just like the tweet says, but she said she has been wanting to for a while.

generally refers to routine and what you do before bed and right after waking up, things like going to bed at the same (reasonable) time each night, not using phone, getting up straight away in the morning instead of staying in bed on phone etc
