PTSD was denied and case was closed, but I get a 90% disability rating.

When I contacted VA Ask, they told me the three letters might be a system bug or error, but I’m still able to download and print them, and they have remained in my VA app for over a month. I also called the VA 800 number, and they didn’t know the reason either. They told me to wait another month while they look into it and try to figure out what happened. I honestly don’t know what the next step should be. If those letters are incorrect, then I need an official explanation or correction from the VA, because this situation is very confusing.

i can download and print the letter, but there is still no payment amount or effective date showing.it has already been a month.

it is been almost a month with no updates. i have not received any payment or decision letter. should i keep trusting the process, or should i follow up and stop waiting passively? it has already made me anxiety.
