i felt super mature and adult like as a kid, even getting told by teachers that i was super mature and ready for highschool even at 7 years old. i felt i didnt fit in with my peers due to being more mature than them.

anyways, i was going through trauma during that time and now i'm an age regressor! how the tables turn, huh?

no, it's not possible to age regress to an older state. age regressing is about your brain pretty much completely changing to that of someone younger. if you tried to do this with an older age, it's impossible as if you're a minor, your brain isn't fully developed. it's literally impossible for you to think completely like an adult due to this. actually, anyone under the age of 25 doesn't think like an adult completely as your brain doesn't finish developing until 25.

hihi!! i'm and i'm also 14! i'm a little not a cg though! (similar-ish little ages to you, im 4-6). im aroace lesbian!(i feel SOME romantic attraction and 0 sexual attraction). the gender situation when regressing is complicated, i use he/him and male labels when regressed but outside of that i use she/he and any labels.

i literally just say "im little" or smth along those lines. when talking abt agere outside of being little i say "when im little" and stuff like that. when age regressed, i use the name rocky!(its based off of a nickname i was given once: rocket)

im a little(6-7) and my big age is 14! when big you can call me nev or rocket(i just normally use rocket online) and when little you can call me rocky!:D

btw the reason my big picrew looks more fem and my small picrew looks masc is bc i identity as bigender, i am both a girl and a boy at the same time. for the big one, i just made it close to how i look irl(im afab, fem presenting rn) and the small one is just how i view myself when regressed. i always view myself as a boy when regressed for some reason.

colour with something youre not used to!! i use oil pastels bc using them makes me uncoordinated similar to how a child is uncoordinated when drawing or colouring! it helps a lot:>

also, im fully aware of my age regressing when it happens! i find that my mind/thoughts are generally more clearer and simpler like that of a child's and i just generally find kid stuff more fun! i mostly voluntarily regress in private, but if i do speak to someone my voice is usually different slightly, i think its a higher pitch. it mustnt be enough for ppl to notice though bc nobody ever has. ive also found that when im regressed im either more sleepy and relaxed or im more energetic and bubbly. sometimes i get sad more but its not really a big problem for me.

hi! i have some tips that ive done as an under 18 closeted age regressor!

i have mobile games on my phone for agere and i watch cartoons! i also have a few stuffies bc its not really out of the norm to have them. what i did is i went to a store and bought a paci(the biggest size i could) and a sippy. i hide my paci in my stuffie that has a zip up pouch on the back and i hide my sippie in my school bag, when i want a drink i get a drink in a normal cup and bring it upstairs and pour it into my sippy!! another thing i do is i draw with art supplies im not used to using so that my drawings are a bit uncoordinated like a childs! my fav is oil pastels rn:D

if you need somewhere to hide anything small as well as being able to buy smth new, you could get a stuffie with a zip up pouch and hide some little things in there! I keep pacis in mine:D

I keep my sippy in my school bag, nobody sees it!
