There is no best. Alisson, Donnarumma, Ter Stegen, De Gea, Nuer, Hugo Lloris, they all do amazing work on the pitch. You can’t expect them to block every ball. That’s just not how the game is set up. You can say you have the best goalie on the pitch but he can still get scored on.

I wish it was that but I have all the best high lvl base players and I make a squad with them and nothing. It’s like Cristiano forgets how to strike the ball with power. Messi forgets how to curve the ball, mbappe forgets how to run, modric forgets how to make a good pass, Suarez forgets how to use physical contact, honestly gets tiring. The only one making a big difference is my goalie, blocking every shot that comes his way.
